Who created it?
Dialectyx, with the support of Sony and the BBC, have created this Online Educational Programme. As an independent company, Dialectyx specialises in skills-development software for corporates, educational institutions and individuals.
Dragons’ Den Online Educational Programme has emerged from the Experiential Learning & Skills Development (ELSD) research programme run by the University of Hertfordshire and the research and teaching at the University of Cambridge.

What are the technical specifications to run the learning programme?
The Online Educational Programme will run on PCs and Android tablets. (Flash plugin required).
Dialectyx recommends Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 8 and higher.
How long is the course?
The Online Educational Programme is approximately 10 hours long. (15 short and high-impact, interactive learning activities)
Will it work on a tablet?
Yes. It works on Android e.g. Nexus 10 (Flash plugin required).
Is this a native ‘App’?
No. It is an online learning programme that will run on PCs and Android tablets. (Flash plugin required).
Will it work on an iPad?
No, you will need to use a browser with Flash player installed.
Is internet access required?
Yes. Content is streamed from our secure servers.
How do we use Dragons’ Den video clips?
To reach the highest possible quality in learning outcomes, we adjust the content for simplification and for clarity. The use of edited video clips does not provide the full picture and the conclusions and learning points drawn should therefore be viewed with this in mind. The ideas and guidance are surmised only from the limited data available during this learning experience and are one interpretation only of these events.
